To resolve this error, replace your launcher files with this copy: https://my.pcloud.com/publink/show?code ... FCn4UIAQ77

Open it with WinRar and put the files into the game folder.

So I'm having the same error the OP is, but when I tried clicking the link for the unpacked launcher (both the link you posted and the one in the sticky) the webpage won't load in. Is there another place to get this download?

Link works fine (tested it). Try a different browser.
