Ways to get end-game relic boxes?

Hi!
Now that I'm 200 at talisman making, how can I get a relic box of that level?
I searched on a 2-3 players PQ, but no relic box in sight.
I think it's possible to get these ones in a chest for taking an enemy keep, but I'm not sure...
If that's the case, it's way too hard to get even one of these relic boxes then, because in order to even have access to the chest, you have to be good enough to get a bag...

highest rank is 100 now,try easy pqs t3 or t4 (havent checked t2)
