Login error

So ive downloaded the game and everything unzipped into a separate file now but when i launch the launcher i get a error saying

im able to close out of that then hit connect and it just crashes my launcher? i have the file set to read only. i have no clue what to do from here i also followed this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bn_75A_-RYg
