Updated Guide to setting up local server

Hello, the links to creating a personal local server aren't working. I would like to do this on my own and have my personal WAR server, is there anyway that these guides could be updated?

it's pretty much bugged when you try to set it up from the current guide even when you have the links.

I think no one have the time to update it. Also it's pretty useless with the old source code.
