Retail balance for low tiers is simply sh*t and therefore my Overlord sometimes decides to step in and make it a little bit better.

i was the one who petitioned for this change do you know why?


because slayers get wild gambit at 15 which an exact mirror of dont wanna live for eva which choppa dosnt get till 33

in the lower tiers this means slayers output vastly significant more dmg, this change affects nothing in the grand scheme of things and improves lower tier balance

as a choppa player which by your sig im assuming you are you should be happy with this change

retail organization of skills and tactics was bad and some changes like this is needed

I don't think it's a bad thing, besides in the long run of 40rank we'll all have the abilities. I'm a choppa lel but consider giving the extra tactic slots too :P if thats the case. What I really dissagree to is changing numbers and modifiers for non-t4 balance that shouldn't really exist.
And for the sake of a proper conversation... I'm not complaining, I'm duscussing stuff!

How it works at the moment is that we don't change anything if we meet valid opposition to it. The current extent of the changes:

DWLF to rank 15
SM/BO knockdowns to 9pts
Chosen/KotBS auras stick
Inevitable Doom cannot be right-click removed but can be cleansed as Ailment

I love it how you are taking time to see what needs to be changed, congrats on that!!
Your work here is great, the problem is that my expectations are going way high! But is that a bad thing? :D
