basically Altdorf is offline. If you have a char bound there you will crash unless \stuck \stuck

Same here. You see the loading screen of Altdorf, then the game quits.
Once characters move out of Altdorf, they can be logged fine.

Also, if you use a book of binding with a character to teleport to Altdorf, the game quits/crashes on the Altdorf loading screen as well.

As already stated, if you're having issues loading into game where your character is in Altdorf, type /stuck twice during the loading screen.
