So best to let the thread die and I figure a system to get a numerical measure of class performance then wrap over that the solo vs best case support.
I dont think anyone knows the answer to you question. How do you quantify something like that?
I could be wrong, but I dont think they dont consider pugs vs well formed groups when they balance things. They put the tools in the game, it's up to the players to use them.
Its the difference between being a good group and not. You cant balance a variable to constantly have the same difference as a baseline.
