You just fell comfortable to pop in and make fuss anytimes i say something vague cos i dont wanna enter too much in the talk. Or just dropped a consideration. You are definelty one on the worst which someone can try to have a talk on the forum.
Tbh it was not sth vague but sth completely wrong. Because of a misunderstanding on your side. BO has to get m4 in 60s or less if you want to maintain double m4 per minute, which is what the topic is about: double m4 per minute and theorycraft.
I kinda hoped I could help you to get it right since I also used colours and offered the formular on demand. (in the end I even gave you an example:) )
Always appreciate our little talks.

And btw I would make a video where a chosen gets M4 in 36s but I am too lazy to farm gear so if you dont believe math you can give me your acc and I can deliver. :P
no you don't know how to read... the 60+10 was aimed after the first use and so the 60 sec of total CD; i stated that bo can have 60 sec of cd and then further 10 sec without further said that those 10+ sec are not after the very chosen use but after the eff end but you had to make me enter in a serie of quote and re quote after even done that first quote which was not clear at all with only number and no indication and which was clearly out of context of what i said .
The very first post you quote had nothing to do with the perfect combination of cd and m4 usage but just the average time you need after the first use on both tank , because cleary you wont use 2 m4 in sequence normally and clearly those are only the time required with tactic and also considering a certain margin of error more than enough to be sure that by that time you will have moral loaded.
Instead mathammer thinking that with a block% lower than 30% you gona have m4 in 30 sec drop the conversation....... you are hilarious... of course if you pull 9 mob and stay there you could maybe done it.

I know you would love to see my chosen and spec since your is a crap to heal, maybe now you're better idk some month ago you were impossible to heal with your 2h spec.

Where do you get those 60s + 10s from ?
It is 60 and it will have to be 60 to use m4 twice in a minute with chosen and Bo. ;)
There are no extra 10s for bo after the first use and the said first use can be between 36/45s and eternity.

what tesq is trying to say is that the BO generally has 10 more seconds of possible buildup time, since the first morale of the Chosen runs for 10 seconds anyways and he already acknowledged that you do not use double morales at once, therefore the 10 extra seconds. He didnt imply that a BO needs 70 seconds or whatever to effectively get to m4, but rather that the time window until his m4 needs to be used is 70 seconds. Is that correct tesq?

Which would be wrong aswell.
BO starts to build morale when he uses M4 and triggers the 60s cd, so he has to get 3600 morale in 60s until he can use it again. Within the 50s his morale is not running the chosen can use his (again).

is correct indeed noise, then the whole timer was considerate by first use so the total in combat time and not the internal cd of single morales there is a space of 10 sec even after chosen finish his m4 where you will barely will use m4 and besides it's hardly use m4 to push, you usually use it defensivly which make it even harder predict how CD gona interact with each other.
