Witch elf have a good buff for WS so for them having it as a second stat makes sense witch hunters not so much so. On WH on live WS was just to hard to get after the other renown essentials.

With Insane power in the same tree I guess the armour bypass on everything is very good.

Its all pretty moot.

If you aren't running double heal debuff you wont be killing any good healers. It's a fact.

STR, parry and then you had to get tb cause that was mandatory back on live

but here in RoR with no tb couldnt WS be reasonable to get?

I am not so sure about 80% mitigation on med armor without talis and buffs.
Dying is no option.

You know, you're absolutely right; my memory is failing me. Sovereign medium armor is only 65% mitigation on its own, but it's also 85% mitigation with a potion.

the other thing is that armor doesnt count as stats when looking the gear. cloth gear have same stats like the gear with meduim armor while the second got double armor. This is similar issue to dps of the weapons for magic users.
Mythic had some ideas /even tested some of that/ to incluse dps from the weapons into healing/dps for magic users but thanks to BW/sorcs broken mechanic they dropped that idea.

Anyway that armor difference injustice is most obvious when compare healers archetypes
Mostly harmless

Yeah but add armor debuff and penetration and you are way below 85%.

Obviously str is the main stat although crit would be first if it where available. I know its going against the grain saying ws is a good choice but after you cap str I'd say you have to look at the damage you loose from agonising wounds by not continuing to stack vs the damage gained on auto attacks by adding in some weapon skill.

Or to put it shortly which has more overall dps in t2?
