I would focus more on rvr since you will be in a larger group, and healers are usually in demand.

I you are playing pug SC it doesn't matter what gear you have, this game pits pugs vs preform and you get obliterated because a preform focuses on same target.

Id's never delete 40 toons unless I need space for more. Just roll a new class to help you get to grips with the game again.
