Perm falling in ekrund

Slid down a cliff in ekrund near the railroad, got stuck between the pillars for the rail bridge and the cliffs in a permanent falling animation. I cant rally point out or even log out or exit, I have to cntrl/alt/delete out to close game. I figure I have to chalk my char up to a loss and start over which is frustrating due to the tiem i put in.
Any advice suggestions be appreciated.
