I need pie!

So i tried doing the pie quest on my BO and it is not available somehow :(

Couldnt do the Eternal bond as well.

I need pie! is there anything i can do? I will be forced to delete my BO and start a new one just so i can have pie, but it would suck so badly.

Yeah i know this thread is irrelevant, but still... :(
