Auction house not giving me my items? Wtf?

I tried to buy a Calamitous Direhelm from the auction house, two times. Both times, I open my letter, and when I take my item it doesn't even show up in my inventory but it says I took it.

Not only did I just waste money, but now I have nothing for it either. What the ****.
