Considering 1v1 tournament-- WIn Big , or Lose big ?

Im considering setting up a new 1v1 tourney however with a HUGE concept.

All toons must be 40/RR80 minimum. Tournament is done WIth NO UI and Loser deletes toon.
So in the end only 1 person will walk out rest are all "dead" Tricky part is verifying that everyone is playing by the "rules" so i'm trying to figure out how to do that.

Been advised possibly screen share via Discord would be an option.. so Im looking into that . Also need to have some impartial refs to verify things as well.

That is a huge concept alright.

The no UI part is fine. I might also suggest you add a rule which requires all participants to be wearing blue underware and a Coors-Light T-Shirt. And only one sock.

Oh, and hold it on a Tuesday at 0700 hours Altdorf time. In the rain.

And everyone has to be listening to side one of Led Zepplin 4.

Would need enough people to step up and do it to make it worth it. Im think at least 10 people total 20 would be much better.And to rule out more things that save people. No Pots of any kind. That includes armor, str, wounds, heal pots , absorbs etc.

and maybe to get people to sign up also, everyone pays 100G entry fee Winner takes all Loot ( Gold ) so more participants = more Gold for winner.
Any Violation of rules that a ref see's will be immediately determined a loss. ( no excuses )

In all cerealness the 500 pound Gorilla in the room is the toon deletion. Don't know if very many people would be willing to delete a 40/80 plus toon just because some they lost a one v. one fight.

Why not, if people dont want to risk it, then they dont sign up. People keep saying they need more incentives to play.. What about being person on server that says he/she participated in a Blood Sport Tournament people where people deleted their 80 toon all on one day and walked away with 1000+ Gold

1v1 in orvr, when you die delete toon on stream and see if the idea catches on.

Im willing to do tourney and delete my toon if I lose. so No need to use what happens in orvr. As most players will just zerg anyone they see 10v1 .. 1v1 tourney removes all that.
