Would the world come to an end if the Pets followed you? Summon, Re-summon, Summon, Re-summon. Not fun. You have to sacrifice something to gain this ability? No problem!!
Alternatively, pet-less tree, buffed up Dots. No problem!!

Re: Magus Pets
Yes it would. That's the whole gimmick of Magus. Manage your pet! It's a lot of fun for me. Insta summon tactic is mandatory for most content.Nickalispicalis wrote: Tue May 30, 2023 4:21 pm Would the world come to an end if the Pets followed you? Summon, Re-summon, Summon, Re-summon. Re: Magus Pets
The tactic, Chaotic Attunement, ALSO reducing cooldown time on "Resummon" to 0, would be a welcomed change. :3

Re: Magus Pets
Chaotic attunement is mandatory. Without it you're sitting still for 3 seconds every fight. The only time you can get away with replacing it with some other tactic is when you're defending a keep or fort.
Ideally the pet summons, for both engineer and magus, would be instant by default. Then the chaotic attunement/well-oiled machine tactic could do something else, such as buff your group based on your pet.
