Checking Limits

With NB "gone" and Sequencer being what it is I wanted to run an idea by the devs to see if it would be allowed or if it would be too powerful. If I made a macro addon that did the following:

- Check if the ability is on CD
- Check if the ability is greyed out

Would that be too much or would something like that be allowed? The idea would just be to try to reduce the amount of button people need to use as much as possible so slapping things like shatter enchantments into the sequence would be planned. I could see the grey out thing maybe being a bit over the top but im not sure so thats why I am asking. Thank you.
