Error installing fails on video.7z.001

Im hoping someone can help me figure this out. Ive tried a few different networks to install and I get all the way done and it gets to the file video.7z.001 and it fails. Says my internet connection has dropped please try again, I hit retry and it never goes. Ive closed and reopened the installation several times every single time it fails on this file and what looks to be the end of the install. Please help with suggestions to get this fixed, tyia.

Did you follow the instructions and watch the video in the link above?

7Zip.001 hints to the start of the zip extraction.Does that file exsist? Can you redownload it?
Run each .exe as administrator.
Check folders for write protection - if , remove + subfolders -> check if they actually are writable afterwards. Rinse repeat!
