I go into a 8-9 War camp and got turn into a chicken when buying stuff then as I went to a high Level place my face and hair change to first hair style 2 face style and brown eye color.

Rather try a relog for some possible 'bugs' or whatever you may encounter and see if it magically resolves itself.

Relog. It's a bug which happens if a polymorphing effect is removed just as you zone.
