Hello Ma'ams and Sirs,
some time ago, i heard of the rebirth of Warhammer Online and i was just like "Wow, i have to check this masterpiece out again".
And so i did: Downloaded the game, created a character, played it and had fun! Respect to the Dev Teams of RoR!
But after some time, the NPCs, enemies and Pets (of my character) started to glitch around and stopped doing walking animations and didn't change directions at all. It's weird to see a bunny moving backwards in the landscape while just standing around.
I did the repair option from the launcher as well as a reinstall and played around with the graphic settings but nothing helped.
My machine is a AMD Ryzen 5 3600 / Radeon RX5500 XT.
I've tested it on my second PC and there it worked smoothly (AMD Phenom X4 CPU with a GTX 1050 TI).
Is this weird behaviour a known issue?
Cheers

Re: NPCs and enemies with no movement animation
might be that you are getting more than 100 fps. thats known to break some animations.
try launching the WAR 32 executable from the launcher gog wheel and see if it happens there also. the 32 one has fps cap of 100 and animations shouldn't break. the 64 one has the cap removed and the animations go bust when fps is more than 100

That fixes the problem for me!
Many thanks Mister Tux.

I have the same problem, since 6-7 weeks now.. Did all the same things as previously posted here, but no luck. I can still play the game though, -even if it looks weird and funny

that has to be something else then and gamefiles broken or sometthing.Bringoutyourdead wrote: Wed Jan 06, 2021 5:09 pm I have the same problem, since 6-7 weeks now.. Did all the same things as previously posted here, but no luck. I can still play the game though, -even if it looks weird and funny
if its surely set to 32 on the launcher it should be fine. do you have some programs that show framerates in game to test it out.. if its more than 100 then distant animations will go bust
