[KotBS] BiS gear pre-Sov

I am currently running 4-pc Vanq, 3-pc Redeye as a defensive 2H KotBS, but I now have access to Invader, Sentinel, and Bloodlord. What would be considered BiS up until Sovereign/Warlord? It could be either for 2H or S&B, I'm just wondering what would be essentially 2nd BiS for KotBS since I expect to spend a long time there.

5p Bloodlord and 3p Warlord (Belt, Cloak, Jewel) + Sentinel Jewel and 2p Genesis is BIS
for KOTBS pre SOV
