[SM] Bolstering Enchantments

Tried this tactic and apparently it has no effect on me. Can anyone please confirm?

Working (at least in PvE), but this tactic is a bad joke, not even remotely useful at anything... 300 heal in 10s... better use phantome blade (wich is bad too but not as bad). :/

I tried it only solo and it did not heal me.

Try re slotting it when you zone.

still not working. will try it again when in a party. maybe it heals only groupmates now.

Sorry guys, false alarm - it is working on me. Heal meter shows it. What I couldn't see were green heal numbers on the screen when it proc'd
