Collect Event reward

Anyone know where I can collect the Celebration event reward?
The regular warfront npc doesn't have anything for me.

You can collect from the city herald.
Discord • Facebook • Twitter • Instagram

I play around with Social Media, troll our players on Discord and officially hate anyone who plays a dwarf.
