File 3 won't download

Hello warhammer world! Although I just heard about the potential return of Warhammer, I am curious (and optimistic) that it will eventually expand into another MMO, and I am really looking forward to playing. However, the files simply won't download for me and I have no idea why. I can download the first two files, but then the third file won't. As a fan who played Warhammer from it's initial launch to its final week, I have to say that this experience isn't starting well.

I got it via torrent. Thats a full folder with all files, where you dont need to extract/install anything.
So just get something like BitComet or so and get the torrenthash (torrent should also be faster than direct downloads) -> dl the launcher, extract the the launcher stuff into the finished torrent folder -> remove all read-only properties from the torrented files -> play the game
