WLs pet dmg mitigation

Hi, just want to ask if its normal that WLs pet dmg is much less mitigated then WL? https://prnt.sc/icwie1

The WL used Leonine Frenzy, which means they're Guardian spec. Both points in Guardian tree and Toughness provided by items improves the pet's weapon skill when Trained to Kill is enabled. Moreover, Guardian WLs often use more defensive gear meaning the Elf's WS will be lower for this reason as well.

I believe the cat also gets extra armor penetration for the 10 seconds LF is up (could be mistaken, haven't played mine in a while and my memory is terrible)

But yeah it's very normal for a guardian WL

How much armor gotharg?

2337 armor and 213 toughness

I have ran around 4.5k armor and 650-700 toughness, and those darn pets still crit me for 600 sometimes. I wonder how their damage is actually mitigated, because it seems a lot different than players.

Now that i'm thinking it out loud though, I have really low spirit resists at times. so if all the xtra damage they deal from LF and PA are spirit, it makes a little more sense to me.
