Change Detaunt to (re)move Devs(oTs) to a safe zone

I realized my last suggestion wasn't great.

Suggestion: Change detaunts to move devs to a safe zone so they can focus more closely on locking forum threads/banning players that appear or intend to be constructive.

Thoughts?
I can simply lock this thread and you guys will just have to deal with whatever ends up being implemented.
