Passed event reward vendor

Hello Im returned player
and I missed big events and rewards
I really really want get battle brew backpack for my recording video concept
So I suggest for passed event reaward vendor
Like this ex)
Something small event rewards : 1000 x each medalions + 1000 gold
Something big event reawrds : Seal of Paragon x 500 + Seal of Exemplar x 500 + 1000 gold
.
.
Battle brew backpack : Seal of Paragon x 500 + Seal of Exemplar x 500 + 1000 gold

This is just my suggestion and i hate my self about missed backpack event.....

It happened in the past that new events have rewards of previous events besides new stuff.
Dying is no option.

I think all events with items are annual?
