Invalid Username/Password

Hey everyone tried logging on today after being at work for a few days and its telling me Invalid Username/Password. Its never done it before but I did reset my password here on forums a few days ago but nothing happened till today, I get same response when I enter the new PW given by the server and the one I use to use. Just looking for advice or what I maybe doing wrong, thanks for any and all help or responses!

Tried resetting once more not sure if it was a good idea or not but it works fine here on the forums as intended but neither my original PW from creation or the two I generated from website work /shrug

Wrong Password/Username

- This happens when you use numbers or special letters like russian letters or for example: á à â. Change your password (8 digit seems to be fine. It may take some days before working with login server) or create a new account.

I read this in the sticky area which would explain why my old password locked into remember me worked for a few days after switching here on the forums, but the new PW generated after that doesn't work

i have same issue since returned to ROR after about a year and i can not log on .I tried to change password multiple times then was waiting for server reset as in discription and still nothin .I can get access to forum but not to ROR client its a shame cause i remember i have lvled toons here and i dont wanna waste'em .Any ideas how to fix that guys ? thanks

I got it to work, wargrimnir PM'ed me back and the search had lots of information. Theres an issue with complex passwords, so if you can get on homepage reset your PW to something just letters lower case.

Hello, just downloaded game client, created account and wanted start play. But its say invalid username/password, i have somewhere on forum read u need to change password. SO i did it but still cant log. On forum i am logged with np. Used only letters with lower case. http://prntscr.com/gli22b
