Anniversary Event - Repeating the quest

A friend of mine is getting redo as a quests for Altdorf's birthday event, this is normal, if so, why can not I?

Hello. My friend is not a hacker, the quests simply reset him and he warned me it was normal.

Hello. My friend is not a hacker, the quests simply reset him and he warned me it was normal.

That most likely occured due to bugfixes/reboots - sometimes stuff gets a tiny bit rolled back or not logged properly in the first place, had it happen myself on a few instances and event unrelated quests.

However, these quests aren't meant to be repeatable; chances are he didn't <repeat> them but rather redone them with no actual, additional benefit.
