Connect-Button is greyed out

Hello Guys, i installed the Game yesterday and when i tried to start after i wrote my login and my password, my Connect-Button is still grey. The lights from the Web-Server (red) and the Login-Server (yellow) arent green. How do get the Laucher to start?

Please help me
