login timeout ingame

I have trouble logging into the game.
I have read the sticky, tried all possible solutions described there. I use a VPN (else i cant even get ROR Launcher to work), and now i get stuck ingame, at server selection screen. It goes not past Entering the fray.... Connecting the server... after 5-10 seconds it says login timeout. I only found one topic with the same problem, but that one does not contain any solution for me... Any idea, what i can do?

Thanks for any response!

PS: YES , server is online!
