Cannot log in

Hello i've done everything as its said if i have problems loging in even with that retry to log in until it shows me that i can log in.Now when i click connect it shows me an error with lots of stuff on it but i can still go to log in menu but there i cant log in.As i said i retry a lot of times like 20 min but still cant log in properly.
