Exceptional lag with certain melee players..

I have some footage of some rather suspicious lag that seems to be utililzed by the same few players, over and over again. Where is the correct place to submit the footage I have recorded, and who is the correct person to get into contact with?

If you are running WSCT addon you might want to disable it until they've fixed the procs.

Nothing to do with wcst, I am speaking about certain players warping around, being immune to snare more often than normal, etc.

Ah, my bad I thought you were talking about lag on your end. Some people are forced to play through a VPN at the moment due to server connectivity issues including some staff members.

If you think someone is using speed hacks submit your evidence to a GM.
