Installing Addons?

Anyone able to give me a quick and dirty rundown of how to install addons, like the Morale addon? Do I just unpack it in the same directory as the client?

Sorry for the newb-ish question, I just used self-installing addons when the game was live. :)

drag the addon into interface folder, doesnt matter if u are playing just use /reloadui the addon will appears to select it
