Can't use forums with main account!

For some reason I can't log onto the forums with my main account. Someone in Advice Chat suggested I make a second account to request help on the forums so here I am.

Main account works fine to get into the game (when the server is up!) but same account name and password on the forums gives me an invalid password message and after a few tries a Capcha request.

Is there an easy way to resolve this so I can post here on my main account? If it is too much hassle I guess I could just keep using this account.

And I would like to just add that I love all the people responsible for bringing this game back. I got nostalgic seeing all these Total War videos and then discovered this server. I've become quite obsessed with Warhammer lore since coming back.

OK I will try that. Was afraid if I did that it would screw up logging into the game.

The server is shitting the bed at the moment. Either you can give it a go, or if you wanna keep using this account to post on forum and use the other one to log in game. Up to you.
