you banned my account "shamanserb". I really cant understand why you did it. I had never used any cheats and always play honest.
Please explain me why you banned me?

Speedhack. Video evidence was provided including buff lists.
Please send me video if it is possible! look my account! I had never used speedhack or another cheats. Who send it to you? THere are sometimes lagging or bags in a game and anything in game stopeed and only my hero moving! So maybe in that time amb lagging like me?? Pls unlock my account, i am a guild leadeer, so it is not good for my soguilders. When it will lagging i can make videos and send to you that you will remove them
