Two different type of Bat Wings

There are those two different kinds of bat wings, ones can be used in making potions as the main ingredient but the other one seems to have no purpose whatsoever even though it is soulbound on pickup (description says it's for apothecary). Now the first ones drop from butchering, the second one drop as regular loot. The question is: are they used for anything? They cannot be sold and just occupy space in bags.

The second one is for a ToK unlock, where you have to interact with a certain NPC while that item is in your inventory. Those aren't implemented yet, and while other ToK unlocks will be implemented shortly, those particular types of unlocks might not be.

In any event, hold onto it. Those items had/have a particularly low drop rate, and the unlocks will be back someday.
