Renown abilities reset after logout

I've seen there is this bug on bugtracker and it is closed. Could someone tell me what's the status on that?

My renown abilities are gone after I relog. I respecced and 4 points were already spent on phantom skill, specced again and after relog the skills are again gone. I can spec "Acumen I" again even though I've already spent points to buy rank III.

The abilities dont reset on logout. The renown trainer just doesnt show the already spent points even tho they have been spent. It seems like the ui just isnt updating properly.

They disappear from my abilities book as well.

They are still all saved on the DB side. You can just easily check your stats before and after a relogg. Just visual for now.

Thank you very much for the clarification. After your answer I started to check how it works and came up with few highlights for people who might wonder the same thing I did:

1. The points you spent in renown skills are still there (unless you respec), even if you don't see them in abilities and at the career trainer they can be bought again.
2. It is possible to buy the same skill twice, but you won't be charged additional points nor you will receive the additional bonus, so there is no need to remember which rank you bought last.
3. If you learn a skill and respec you might see that not all of the points have been given back to you, if that occurs just relog.

Hope this info helps someone, when I was looking for it only thing I found was the bugtracker entry.

No need for that. press respecc button, close the Trainer UI and open it again. All possible points are visible now. (Spent points are still shwon wrong, but that doesnt matter)
