This sounds like a resonable suggestion now. Taking into consideration that this AoE ability does need a lot of AP and can still be blocked/parried I think it's now just a numbers game what is too strong/weak for a moral drain. This certainly would work as a replacement to the current ability I'd say.
However I still think moral drain is something that could bring wh/we into warbands while SM fits in quite okay already.

Just wish they would keep things updated at least minimum on all the changes from original skills on the .ab changelist, later on this is a problem for many players as they really don't know what is working and what isn't if the changelist isn't up to date.
