The city prioritises 24-man warbands first. If you are queuing as a 12 or 6 man or solo (lol) then you are throwing away your chance of getting a city fight after all the work you put in.

Turn on chat channel 5 (LFG) and look at the insane amount of people forming 24-man warbands or people looking for a warband to join. Turn your 12-man into a 24-man and get an almost guaranteed city siege. Yes sometimes you end up with shitters from /5, but a bad city is better than no city.

Begging the devs for rewards in this thread will get you nothing.
