I've said it before but I'll say it again: changing ability positions can be done in about ten seconds, so let's not have any "omg you can't afford to waste your time doing this" comments.

Switching DWLF with the pointless pve hate tactic would even things out a bit, as Brute force + wild gambit slayers with 2h's are hitting almost as hard as sever nerve when bezerk



But on the grand scheme of things changing tactics around will not address the disparity between choppas and slayers, only delay the issue

We could probably balance out those later tree abilities such as Rampage, Inevitable Doom and Shatter Limbs once they appear in T3, couldn't we?

I have no idea how hard it would be to mirror an ability but honestly it's mainly ID that's causing the gap. When they created that ID-remove addon on live servers the two classes were fine all of a sudden.

When the day comes maybe it will be possible to mirror Git To Da Choppa or change ID to only hit one additional target or make it cleansable. Slayers will still wreck people with Rampage in duels but who the f cares about that. :P

Afaik, RoR will have a cleansable ID. On top of that, procs won't trigger more procs.

Nerfing ID would bridge the gap IMO. making it cleansable would be the best bet. Shortening rampages duration to 10 sec and maybe the choppa CD decreaser abilities to 1 min would about do it in full

Yeah I think this is the best set of ideas, this paired with giving choppas DWLF at 15 like slayers would defiantly make te classes more equal in terms of standing

Oh and making sure that KD duration is same for both of them

A lot of this talk is about T3-T4. Don't we have a year or so 'til that happens? As it stands, I'm okay with my Choppa and how their fair against Order. If I want more damage, I get the jagged edge tactic, If I want more survivability, I can use the wounds tactic. Would it be nice to have a little more strength and WS? Sure... but I'm just happy I got my heal debuff. ;)
