Class roles and the importance of doing your job.

Now, I am in no way telling anyone how to build or play their characters....

Everything else noted in the OP is undercut by the above. There is no "doing one's job" if in point of fact one isn't telling others how to build or play their characters.

Unless one is in a premade with agreed assigned roles there is no justification for complaint.
