Because you asked so nicely, let me explain.

Stat debuffs are only meaningful on certain stats. A dps with capped off stat isn't affected a lot by it, the damage difference hardly matters. Impactful would be wounds, initative, resist or armor debuffs.

Now you list a lot things you don't always have, which you can't have all at once.
You either have (nerfed) snare puddle OR silence, which is tbh only 1 sec more than e.g. zeal/rp one and they don't even have to use a mastery point for it.

You have no spare mastery point in dps spec to use range knockback unless you go for some weird aoe spec, when you better just play a bw.
Range kb distance is quite low and highly situational, as it's usefulness depends on terrain, otherwise you just give immunity.

Cleanse is nice to have but loses value the bigger the fight becomes, as you can't keep track with debuffs being applied anymore.

Lifetap healing alone is mostly enough for small engagements, at best 1vs1, which gives them a sustain advantage.
DoT's causing a lot dmg for only 1 gcd are very effective against opposition without healing too, but backloaded dmg is devaluated a lot, when healing/cleanse is available for your enemy.

Ress is nice to have as well but is situational as well. When your sides rolls, you don't need it. Even when you can help your healers with ress, you forget that being forced to ress already means your enemy is killing your side and your healers are pressured so hard that they have no time for ress.

M2 Binding Light is nice for large scale but irrelevant for this whole discussion, as sham/am are strong in small scale, where you prefer M2 Focused Mind to avoid CC and help with kiting.

AP drain got nerfed and with the reduced drain value and increased cooldown you can counter drain by using ap pot. With the recent AP changes you get enough regen from gear per second, despite spamming skills.

When you compare hard CC you don't have much.
- Nice aoe punt with little snare
- Then you already have to pick either silence 5sec or snare puddle
Imagine being the only dps with no snare (the 20% snare is meaningless with a 60sec cd and such low value).

Compare this with e.g. rSW with arguably lower damage albeit you can't really compare sc dmg scores, as DoT's in their nature inflate the numbers a lot.
- Melee disarm 4sec
- Range silence 4sec
- Range knockdown
- Range snare
- Selfpunt with snare (just don't use it before choppa pulls you lol)

Even BW got more with aoe root, range KD, short duration range snare, aoe silence and a lot more burst/aoe dmg but your drawback is lower sustainability.
Dying is no option.
