hmmm you ror launcher just dont start thats the problem ! nothing to do with patching !
patching doesent exist here because all changes are made by server site !
but i dont know wy it dont open the ror launcher .
mayb redownload full game ?

Ok lets try this.
1. If you use a torrent, close it
2. Move the complete War folder in another place
3. Turn your off "read only" option of the War folder
4. Run as Admin the RoRlauncher file.
Note : You haven't to use any other file then Rorlauncher to start the game. No Warpatch, no war.exe.

Disable Norton as well.
It is very clearly trying to launch and keeps getting closed. That's your antivirus. I would bet if you right click rorlauncher and go to norton you could whitelist it. You might need to whitelist that entire folder as the launcher does some manipulation which some AV products flag as virus-like behavior.
