What is "time-deduction payment model" with points? I thought Warhammer online had only subscription-based payment: "pay for 1 month play for 1 month"?

Support for the time-deduction payment model was implemented when the game expanded to Korea, as the most popular and common form of computer use in Korea (at the time) was through internet cafes. You pay for a few hours at an internet cafe, then you pay for a few hours of game time. It was never used in the west, where people generally have access to their own computers and internet connections, but apparently support was patched into every client.
