DoK or BG for pvp/rvr ?

I want a melee class that can do a little damage but also survive running into the zergs and handle myself well. Which of these 2 is better for that? What are their strengths and weakness? Thanks to those that reply. :)

Edit* I will be duo with a Chosen a lot.

DoK, if you're going to duo with a chosen, it's a pretty neat combo.
