Stat Calculation with SoftCap Malus and deduction

Example:

Softcap is at 800 Resistance.

You have 1.000 Resistance (aka 1200 with 200 malus).

your resis get deducted by a kotbs with 500.

is your new resistance 500 or 700 as you under the softcap thus no malus for that anymore?

resistence stat value is not reduced while under cap as tough does, only the % game take in account is reduced (divided by 3 actually)

if you have 1141 res ( the cap is 741 at rr100) - 400 (debuff) = 741 cap resistence (40% damage reduction)

all other stats exept armor after the cap value is reach assign 50% from the value from itiems / skills to that stat. (exept bg tough tactic buff).
And the value of the reduction / increase is alredy correct.

The reduction happen on the not cap value anyway.

armor have a sofft cap at 75%(you cannot reduces more damage than this value) and an hard cap aroud 140-150% cant remember.
