TenTonHammer: It can't be made to mirror Cave-In exactly because of the client, which will continue to expect the ability to be usable after block/parry and with all kinds of weapons. Sticking with the principle of least modification, I would advocate making the ability perform a conditional knockdown when a two hander is equipped.

No, because firstly, due to how high up on the tree SM's KD was, it wasnt specd that often, secondly never being KD by an sm is in no way pertinent to the discussion of whether 2h blackguards should have a KD and if it is i cant see the correlation

Hey az if your reading this thread still what do you think of the suggestion by penril and the op to make BoR into a KD if you slot the monstrous ruin tactic?

Isn't sword master knockdown even less of a realistic option than Crimson Death a la Bg? Just an honest question.

It strengthens the 2h BG KD argument now that 2h SMs have a very accessible KD at 9 points.

Well, if you had even the slightest clue of what you're talking about; you'd know that SMs/BOs had their 13 point KDs moved down to 9 points for easier access.
