Engineers and Magus need a heal-debuff, preferably replacing Sticky bomb/Seed of chaos. Make Fire Bomb and rending winds cast-while-moving abilities. Make shock grenade and shocking jolt a range snare. (I hated the fact they gave engis a De-stagger then made Quake and Landmine 3 sec.)

AoE stagger duration should be increased to 5 secs. Going from 9 to 3 was overkill.

As for the heal-debuff, BW/SW/Slayer/WH/RP/AM (order) and SH/Mara/Choppa/WE/Zea/Dok/Shaman (destro; granted, the Shaman one sucks) already have a incoming heal-debuff. 6 classes on order and 7 (6 if you dont count the Shaman) on destro.

So i would say: NO to giving Magus a inc hd, but YES to giving it to Engies AS LONG as it works just like the Shaman's (30 sec CD).

Either that, or give both classes a outgoing heal-debuff (something unique on rdps if im not mistaken, correct me if im wrong).

I think Magus having a heal debuff would be fine if the White Lions had their debuff changed to Incoming, but I am sure that wont go over well. Shrug. No one in tier 3 is speccing for their outgoing heal debuff if they want to keep pounce.

DPS spec is so garbage it's not even funny, and pullbotting requires a certain composition to be successful and even then it gets really boring.

Phosphorus shells might just be the most dogshit 13 point ability in the game tbqh famalia
I did the same with my magus, rifting is fun for a little bit, but it's nothing new and gets boring really fast. The other specs are garbage. Ofc you have Nishak saying how powerful magi are because she dies to them on her knight (lol...?) or Penril saying how amazing the class is without providing a reasoning behind his claim (other than the typical lol me> u nobody attitude).

It's actually annoying how people provide opinions based on live t3 39 level cap with lotd, both of these classes here are crappy due to not having their later tactics, crit, etc..

Edit: No offense to the rift/magnet lovers :>

The BW healdebuff is as bad as the SHAM one. You only take them, when you have spare points left.

As you won't have 6 classes with inc HD in a group at once, the whole argument about HD balance between realms is pretty weak.

So are you suggesting Magus/Engie should have an inc heal debuff? Just curious.

And a ranged snare plus a spamable cast-on-the-move ability? :D

When we are talking about t4 balance, then a lacking healdebuff is the last thing I would talk about, well, there are only 2 things anyway. :P The global CC change has to be taken back or massively reworked, then we can talk about healdebuffs.
