Help me please!!!

When the game starts and load me in zone i have dead status without window ress, but toon cane move across the zone. No abilities can use, agro mobs ignores me. If i try to logout system says that character is dead and i cant do this. Also all my gear with binding book dissapears, no any items on char and in the bag. The same situation with all toons on account. What happened?! And I can do with this??? /reloadui dont help...

If no one has contacted you or you have not resolved the issue it is an problem with your connection to the database. I am not a part of the RoR staff so I can't explain it further without giving your wrong or misleading intel. I had the same issue a few weeks back.

The only thing that fixes the issue is a server restart. Once the servers restart it should fix whatever the connection issue is with your toon(s) and the DB. To make sure you still have you items (equipped at least) make sure you search for the character having the issue in the armory. If the character in the armory still has all the gear listed with it then it still exists, you just need to wait for a server restart to have it actually functioning.

Good luck it is frustrating but the Dev's are aware of the issue and trying to find a fix for it; these things just take time. If the character was not to far along in its progress you might be better off re-rolling or remaking the character.

A mi me paso qu en medio de una pantalla de cargado se me colgo el ordenador y se me callo el personaje. ahora el personaje no lo puedo habrir mi dice k ha sido desconectado y no pas a de la pantalla de cargado
