Patch 26.10.15 Cant LogIn in game

Hello guys, after that patch cant login on ,only on one character on whom i was before patch.
After i chose a caracter next going LOADING and after that "GameQUIT" , all others characters is fine and didnt had any problems with Logining.


Dear GM can we get OFFLINE "unstuck" function on website please , so we can just teleport them by pressing button on site.

its done , after 30 min problem solved, but still UP for offline "UNSTUCK"

use the unstuck methods posted on forums.

When your character becomes stuck, whether it's zone 0 or kicking you back out to the char select screen, you should briefly get the loading screen for a zone. That's where you need to use the /stuck command. The sequence at the loading screen should look like this.

enter
/stuck
enter

There is not an option to do this to an offline character as they're not loaded by the server in any way.
